  4. Do some of the quotes on the twitter come from the forum, not the comments?

  6. Wow, deadsville.

    How ya doin' TNP?

I'd like to start a discussion about power plays. (In business, not hockey.) Anyone have any successful (or unsuccessful) experiences of this nature they'd like to brag about/share?

    2. The funniest part about power plays is when the other party goes with it and then screws up, forcing you to go through with it. That part isn't funny, but interacting with the other party later is. It's like nothing ever happened as long as you carry on with them like normal.

    3. I have one. Some cheap, rich fuck I was working for under the table had his sec'y call me repeatedly for my tax id #. It was never part of the deal. I didn't bother explaining to him that my services were luxury and it was pretty shady to try to write them off as expenses. Instead, met with him privately over coffee and told him I decided to donate my services all year and that I was giving back his money. He was all concerned puppy, and asked where I'd get the money to donate. I said I'd borrow it. He left me alone, but not without patting me on the head saying "Don't worry, I'll find a way to hide the money"

    1. WHY would you post this here? Why do people do this?

It's like going to a diabetes support site and then someone comes in to tell the diabetics what the symptoms of diabetes are.

      NO SHIT, SHERLOCK!!!

If they are diabetic, they know the symptoms, dumbass.

  10. Heh, no surprise this place is dead as fuck today. For all the complaining over the fights and debates... even the crickets have gotten bored, and left.
Time to find a new blog to frequent. :D

    1. It is kind of sad around here now. Everyone seems to be disappearing. It could be that they have gotten bored with each other. I wish things would just go back to the way they were. :(
