When I met one we introduced ourselves cuz that’s what humans do and we are human. It’s not like we can smell it on each other and instantly know. He figured I was one and asked me questions. I lied for most of the questions. He felt secure in that I was one and then came out as one to me. That was my experience, but yeah, prob 99% of the time it’s exactly the same as two empaths meeting.
