Sociopath's Christmas wishlist

for the sociopath on your list: a Jason sweatshirt.

  1. This is very fetching, but I much prefer to be the Sociopath in Armani.

  2. Wanna read something interesting?
THE MISUSE OF POWER: Aesthetic Considerations in Mind Control

  3. that is the single worst display of making a post just to post, this has no meaning in anything related to the blog subject matter!

  4. I hit refresh and already someone has ranted about something. lol

  5. Killing people while wearing a hockey mask is so uncomfortable... wait... not that I'm speaking from personal experience or anything...

  6. I knew it Daniel. I have the police on the phone right now and I have told them everything you have said on this website, ever.

  7. FD:

Dammit Bobby! I knew you were the one who made that “I’m calling the police” comment the other week!!! Aint you heard? We don’t like snitches on this blog!!!

  8. Glibness and Superficial Charm

Manipulative and Conning They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.

Grandiose Sense of Self Feels entitled to certain things as "their right."

Pathological Lying Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.

Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in
    their way.

Shallow Emotions When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.

    Incapacity for Love

Need for Stimulation Living on the edge. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.

Callousness/Lack of Empathy Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.

Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature Rage and abuse, alternating with small expressions of love and approval produce an addictive cycle for abuser and abused, as well as creating hopelessness in the victim. Believe they are all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others.

Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet "gets by" by conning others. Problems in making and
keeping friends; aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.

Irresponsibility/Unreliability Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.

Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity Promiscuity, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual acting out of all sorts.

Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others

Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution. Changes life story readily...

  9. Everyone worth hearing is leaving and ME is slacking something major. Now someone minoring in psychology cut and pasted a footnote...I think I'll be leaving the comment section myself in a few days the way this is heading.

It's a shame that in just over a month, this blog has died out in many ways.

For the record, I was Daft, but the games have gotten tiresome.

  10. SM:

I figured that was you Daft. And I’ve got an idea who anonymous and not-so anonymous of recent days is also. As I’ve said here before (which is another reason it’s time for Daniel Birdick to go… I’m starting to repeat myself repeatedly…) sometimes I think there’ve only been 3 people who leave comments here: myself, M.E. and Mr. X. We three kings of orient are taking on a variety of aliases to give the illusion of complex conversations involving multiple persons. FD was M.E. last I heard. M.E. has also played Sarah, jasnowflake, lurker, and Pager. Mr. X is Peter Pan, Thunderball, Harry Lime, Dirty Harriett and Ukan. I've played the sometimes thankless roles of Daft/SM, Tinkerbelle, Alpha Belle, and Disney. I even guest starred as a hapless kid named light something or other, so I could give the illusion of being run off by Mr. X/Peter Pan/Wendigo. See how that works? Wait, why am I, with one exception, all the women… Don't answer that.

  11. Don't agree with Armani.

I always thought a torn band t-shirt with accompanying dirty trailer looked good on a sociopath.

    AND, btw -- I am a seperate entity. Note: 3 kings + 1 queen.

No body plays Dirty Harriet, except for me.

  12. Interesting theory Daniel.

You being me and several others, since it was I who was asked a while ago by some people offline if I was you and you said that I should have said yes, but didn't and then your revealed yourself as Batman, and so I say the following:

"There is a pleasure in being mad which none but madmen know."

  13. SM:

Shut your pie hole! You weren’t supposed to remind people that I/we’re Batman!

Of course I am still in full sarcastic mode. I don’t know how many people actually comment here and I don’t care. Doesn’t make a lick of difference to me either way. It’s all good in the neighborhood.

So, how’s the psychopath life treatin’ ya? What’s next for Darth Harriett?

  14. Daft,

Good job with the new character.

"So, how’s the psychopath life treatin’ ya? What’s next for Darth Harriett?"

When I figure out what I want, I'll let you know what's next.

    Darth? Come on, now.

  15. DH:

What, you aren’t taking any sith from me?

Good luck with finding what you want, btw. I don’t know how old you are (because as Disney knows, age means everything), but in my experience, asking myself the “what do I want” question turned me into a rabbit chasing his own tail. I wanted nothing – and everything. As one of ME’s posts said, zero in on what you think you want to experience (thoughts, feelings, sensations) and go from there. Totally unsolicited advice. What can I say? I’m just killing time now.

  16. DB,

"but in my experience, asking myself the “what do I want” question turned me into a rabbit chasing his own tail. I wanted nothing – and everything."

I'm on the tail end of that. My prior comment was vague sarcasm, mostly to amuse myself, because you wouldn't have known otherwise.

"As one of ME’s posts said, zero in on what you think you want to experience (thoughts, feelings, sensations) and go from there."

This is an interesting perspective. Problem though, the things I want to experience are counter productive to the things I want to maintain.

    I enjoy pure chaos.

It's would be a tough balancing act.

Must admit, too, once I figured out how everything and everyone worked, some of the excitement was lost.

  17. ME puts effort into this blog and it's only alive if people comment. If you have enjoyed it in the past but now you've moved beyond it, then instead of undermining the blog by saying how boring and awful it is, why not just quietly go off and do whatever else you would like to do? If you got something out of it before but not anymore, then put your coins in the collection box by not throwing a hand grenade behind you as you walk out the door.

  18. One other point. Yes of course, individuals will post in one name, then change it and post different points. This is normal on any blog and normal for the Internet as a whole. It's an advantage of the internet that people can be different roles, and express different parts of their minds. This is the single and only superiority Internet has over real life. You don't have to be held to what you said before. If you decide you didn't project yourself quite right, you can change your identity and start again. UKan may show up in all sorts of ways, but the only important question is whether he is 'trolling' or whether he is engaging different sides to himself. Just an example UKan, not singling you out.
Daniel Birdick. You are the lynchpin of this place. Yes you will get teased for being a bit long winded and repetitive, but people wouldn't say anything at all if they weren't reading what you have to say. You are quite interesting...maybe you don't really believe that. I know you'll come back and say you don't care either way, but it comes across quite strong that you do care, and you are quite sensitive to certain kinds of 'insult'. It's ok, you can still be a sociopath or a machia-whatever-elli. Sociopaths have feelings...strong feelings. Just not the same kind as empaths.

I am an empath and I will be frank with you all and say I despise sociopaths and look down on them. Why should this bother you, if I'm just speaking the truth for me? You despise empaths as well. Maybe we can grow a bit together, probably not, but who knows. But I don't want you all to go away, because you interest me at the same time.

  19. Hey, guys...Nobady really cares who are you.I don't... Relax ;P

  20. For latest information you have to go to see world-wide-web and on world-wide-web I found this web site as a best website for hottest updates.

  21. It was a positive conversation and each day since then he has made an effort to come and speak to her about his success of the day. |
